LED TRAILER PLUGS

Take the mystery out of trailer connections: instantly check whether the socket is wired correctly! 

Trailer plugs are constantly subject to water damage, corrosion, closing of pins and damage due to the plug scraping on the road whilst the vehicle is in motion, leading to troublesome conditions exposing the connectors to damage and disrepair.  Cross-wired circuits or bad earthing on trailers are also common problems in trailer electrics.

Now you can be certain your trailer plugs are wired correctly and working properly - the KT LED Plug has been designed with a unique in-built circuit tester designed to detect errors in the circuit at the trailer plug for indicator, park and brake lights, electric brakes and auxiliary power systems.

So simple to use!

The KT LED Plug ensures safe towing by providing an accurate visual check, via six illuminated LEDs, which illuminate to indicate that power is supplied through each correct circuit.  To ensure all laws are met in relation to exterior lighting, the plugs come standard with an on/off switch to ensure that the LEDs only illuminate when turned on for testing.

In the round 7-pin large trailer plugs and sockets, the KT plug now incorporates a revolutionary 3-step wiring body which makes installation as simple as the 7-pin flat plug.  The LED wiring from the circuit board to the LEDs has wire connections that are standard industry colours to make installation very simple.
